Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, perfumes cannot be returned or refunded if they have been opened, used, or unsealed.

We accept returns only if all of the following apply:

  • The product is unused

  • The original seal is intact

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within the applicable legal period

You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before opening the product.


Damages and incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@novaessencestore.com or text us on instagram at @novaessenceperfumes so we can resolve the issue.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery, only if the product is unused and remains sealed.

This right does not apply to perfumes that have been opened or unsealed, in accordance with EU consumer protection law on hygiene-sensitive goods.

Approved returns must be sent to:

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
